Unless otherwise convinced, I believe this is the world’s longest cycling “freeway” with no at-grade road crossings for about 42km. It was built as part of the M7 Motorway in Western Sydney. I provided strategic advice for its construction in 2005. I did a formal Road Safety Audit of the route in 2017. It’s an amazing facility, built with great foresight, connecting ever growing new communities in Western Sydney.
